采用儿歌和歌曲的形式使学生自然地进入学习状态。 教师确定了游览fruit garden 这一主题。一上课,教师出示媒体,让学生进入水果的世界。 这一过程激起了学生的兴奋点,给下面的学习过程带来了契机。 进入fruit garden 即便拉开了学习新语言点的序幕。这样的真情实景确实让学生真正理解了此语言点的意义和把握了运用的语言环境。 大量的机械性操练的目的在于让学生有正确的语音语调。以集体活动为主的过程旨在于使每个学生获得更多的机会参与,以此来扩大活动面。 小组活动可以纠正有发音错误的学生。 适当的奖励可以激励学生们的学习热情。 这一活动使疲劳的学生又一次兴奋起来,为下面的活动奠定了良好的思想上和心理上的基础。 跟录音朗读可以再一次纠正学生的发音。 学生对学生这一形式使他们敢于开口,因此学生们的积极性很高,参与面很广,使他们在轻松自然的状态下学到了语言,使所学语言点的熟练程度又上了一个台阶。 交流使学生掌握了语言结构,并学会了运用所学来交际。 讲故事的形式有助于提高学生们的英语语言组织能力。 |
总体来说,在本次的教学中,教师能调动学生的积极性,活跃课堂气氛,让学生基本掌握本课堂所教的新的语言点。但是作为一名新教师,在教学过程中存在着不少缺陷。诸如:在模仿发音方面做的还不是很到位,以后要多听录音多模仿录音里的语音语调,为学生创设一个更好的语言环境。在课堂掌控方面还存在一定的欠缺。在游戏进入高潮的时候,低年级的学生大多数都会很兴奋,这时候的课堂纪律就存在一定的问题,教师应采取适当有效的方法使学生既能全身心地投入到课堂学习中去,又能保持较好的课堂纪律。
通过本次的教学,使我更加清楚地意识到自身薄弱的地方,我曾经看到过这样一个公式:教师成长=经验十反思。因此我相信通过其他老师们的帮助和自己的努力,我——一名新教师,在教学方面能够得到更快的进步。
